Syringe machines are dangerous
Proposals for syringe vending machines are dangerous because -
- Children will have free access to syringes to inject dangerous & illegal drugs
- Criminals will have access to weapons to increase drug related crime as syringes will be used to threaten citizens in crimes
- Crimes using syringes as weapons is increasing
- Criminals that wish to harm people will have free access to syringes that will be left in places where they can jab children and adults
- Syringes purchased from unsupervised vending machines will be left in streets and parks to harm people
- Syringes purchased from unsupervised vending machines will waste taxes in cleaning them up from the community
